초록

This study presents innovative measures for the scientific training system of the Republic of Korea Marine Corps (ROKMC) to address evolving security environments and changing aspects of future warfare. The complexity of modern warfare and advancement of cutting-edge technologies necessitate fundamental changes in the Marine Corps training system. Particularly, as military tensions escalate near the Northern Limit Line (NLL) in the West Sea, the strategic importance of the Marine Corps has become increasingly prominent. Through case analyses of advanced marine forces including the U.S. and British Marine Corps, this study derives innovative measures such as establishing practical training environments utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, developing personalized training programs based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), and constructing objective evaluation systems through big data analysis. The findings are expected to contribute to enhancing combat capabilities for future warfare while suggesting development directions for the Marine Corps training system considering the unique operational environment of the Korean Peninsula.
