4차 산업혁명 기술의 급속한 발전과 AI･무인체계 중심의 미래전 양상 변화는 한미동맹의 군사 협력에 새로운 도전과 기회를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 변화하는 안보환경 속에서 한미동맹의 지속가 능한 발전을 위해 첨단기술 공유를 중심으로 한 군사협력 강화 방안을 제시한다. 특히 인공지능, 무인 체계, 사이버전력 등 미래전 핵심기술 분야에서의 한미 협력체계 구축과 기술이전, 공동연구개발 (R&D), 상호운용성 제고 방안을 중심으로 논의한다. 한미동맹은 전통적 군사동맹을 넘어 첨단기술 중 심의 포괄적 전략동맹으로 진화해야 하며, 이를 위한 제도적･기술적･전략적 협력 방안이 필요하다.

The rapid advancement of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and AI-driven future warfare are creating new challenges and opportunities for ROK-U.S. military cooperation. This study presents strategies to strengthen military cooperation through advanced technology sharing for sustainable alliance development. It focuses on building cooperation frameworks, technology transfer, joint R&D, and enhancing interoperability in AI, unmanned systems, and cyber capabilities. The ROK-U.S. alliance must evolve into a technology-centered comprehensive strategic partnership, requiring institutional, technical, and strategic cooperation measures.
