초록
Deteriorating mental health is a significant issue that affects combat power and public’s reliability upon the military. For dealing with deteriorated level of mental health and limited means of managing military personnels who are in mentally trouble, Neuro Feedback can be the solution in the military. Neuro Feedback is a method that assists subjects to get the feedback signal on their brain waves and control them into desired status. Through domestic studies, Neuro Feedback has been verified to be the effetive sloution for anxiety disorder, PTSD, somnipathy and mood disorder. In the military, we can utilize Neuro Feedback in the ‘Green Camp’ first, after verifying the effectiveness, then Neuro Feedback could be considered to be used from military hospital and medical unit in division level down to the battalion level. Through this system, finally Neuro Feedback is expected to contribute to the improvement of military personnels’ mental health.참고문헌 (0)
