This study analyzes recent cases of small drone infiltration into national critical infrastructure and presents an effective integrated response system. We identified structural limitations in existing air defense networks, which primarily focus on large aircraft and missile threats, in responding to small drones flying at low altitudes and speeds. Through empirical analysis of recent drone infiltration cases at Jeju International Airport, US aircraft carrier in Busan Port, and National Intelligence Service headquarters, we examined vulnerabilities in current security systems. Based on these findings, we proposed an integrated anti-drone response system that organically combines multi-sensor fusion platforms, unmanned and semi-unmanned intercept systems, and legal framework improvements.
