This study explores the role and importance of community resilience in variousdisaster scenarios. It analyzes the impact of natural and social disasters on communities
and compares how communities, both domestically and internationally, respond to these
disasters and build and strengthen resilience through case studies. The study proposes
strategic approaches to enhance community resilience and explores how technology and
innovation can contribute to resilience enhancement. The findings are expected to
contribute to the improvement of disaster response and recovery strategies.
