본 연구는 대한민국 해병대의 조직문화적 특성과 그에 따른 국민의 대군 신뢰도를 분석한다. 해 병대는 독특한 조직문화와 정체성을 가진 군사조직으로, 해병대의 조직문화적 특성이 국민의 대군 신 뢰에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 선행연구 분석을 통해 군 조직문화의 특성, 신뢰의 결정요인, 해병대 고유의 전략문화를 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 해병대 조직문화는 공격적이고 위계적인 특성을 보 이며, 이는 국민의 군에 대한 인식에 양면적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰 형성을 위해서는 조 직의 능력, 도덕성, 개방성이 중요하며, 특히 젊은 세대를 대상으로 한 신뢰 제고 방안이 필요함을 시 사한다. 본 연구는 해병대 조직 특성을 중심으로 군에 대한 신뢰 제고 방안을 제안함으로써 국방정책 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzes the organizational cultural characteristics of the Republic of Korea Marine Corps and their impact on public trust in the military. As a military organization with distinctive organizational culture and identity, this research aims to examine how the Marine Corps' organizational perception influences public trust in the military. Through a review of prior research, this study examines the characteristics of military organizational culture, determinants of trust, and the unique strategic culture of the Marine Corps. The findings reveal that the Marine Corps' organizational culture exhibits aggressive and hierarchical characteristics, which have a dual impact on public perception of the military. The results suggest that organizational competence, integrity, and openness are crucial for building trust, and that specific measures are needed to enhance trust among younger generations. This study is expected to contribute to national defense policy development by proposing measures to enhance trust in the military, focusing on the organizational characteristics of the Marine Corps.
