본 연구는 대한민국 해군의 유무인복합전투체계(MUM-T: Manned-Unmanned Teaming) 발전 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁에서 입증된 무인전력의 효용성과 4차 산업혁명 기술의 발전은 해군 작전 패러다임의 전환을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유무인복합 전투체계의 개념과 해외 주요국 사례를 분석하고, 대한민국 해군의 유무인복합전투체계 구축 현황과 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 무인수상정･무인잠수정･무인항공기의 체계적 확보, AI 기반 자율운용 기술 개발, 그리고 다목적 유무인전력지휘함 확보가 핵심 과제로 도출되었다.

This study aims to explore the development strategies for the Republic of Korea Navy's Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) combat system. The effectiveness of unmanned forces demonstrated in the Russia-Ukraine War and the advancement of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies are demanding a paradigm shift in naval operations. This study analyzes the concept of MUM-T combat systems and cases from major foreign countries, and presents the current status and development strategies for the ROK Navy's MUM-T combat system. The research findings identified the systematic acquisition of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the development of AI-based autonomous operation technologies, and the procurement of a multi-purpose manned-unmanned force command ship as key priorities.
