This study aims to analyze the impact of climate change on military strategy andexplore the directions for changes in military strategy to respond to it. To this end, the
study identifies security risks posed by climate change and analyzes cases of military
responses in major countries. As a result, key tasks were derived, such as establishing
energy security, strengthening disaster response, expanding conflict prevention activities,
and developing climate adaptation technologies. This study is expected to contribute to
establishing a new military strategy paradigm suitable for the era of climate change.
