현대 항공전에서 접근거부/지역거부(A2/AD) 위협이 증가함에 따라 공중발사 협업전투기는 혁 신적 해결책으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 공중발사 협업전투기 시스템의 전략적 효과성을 평가하고, 무인항공기 특정운용위험평가(SORA) 프레임워크를 군사적 맥락에 적용하여 종합적인 위험 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 협업전투기는 기존 유인항공기 대비 작전반경 확장과 비용효과성에서 상당한 우위를 보여주었으며, 특히 고위험 대공제압작전에서 유인 자산 보존 효과가 뛰어났다. 적응된 SORA 프레임워크는 군사 작전 환경에서도 효과적인 위험평가 도구임을 입증하였으며, 적절한 완화조치 구 현 시 중간 수준의 관리 가능한 위험 프로파일을 달성할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 협업전투기 개 발과 배치 정책 수립에 실증적 근거를 제공한다.

As Anti-Access/Area-Denial (A2/AD) threats intensify in modern aerial warfare, air-launched Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) have emerged as innovative solutions to operational challenges. This study evaluates the strategic effectiveness of air-launched CCA systems and conducts comprehensive risk analysis by adapting the Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) framework to military contexts. The findings demonstrate that CCA systems provide significant advantages over traditional manned aircraft in operational range extension and cost-effectiveness, particularly excelling in preserving valuable human assets during high-risk Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) operations. The adapted SORA framework proves to be an effective risk assessment tool in military operational environments, achieving manageable medium- level risk profiles when appropriate mitigation measures are implemented. These results provide empirical foundations for future CCA development and deployment policy formulation, offering decision-makers quantitative insights for strategic investment priorities in next-generation air combat capabilities.
